thanks everyone for the well wishes.

today was the first day since sunday i could move my neck, if partially, w/o much pain. still doing as little with my right arm as possible, like typing, but i can feel it healing. can't complain, could be a lot worse.

I haven't had a chance to pick up a copy yet, but by coincidence I owed (at the time you sent this) the author a reply. We were occasionally in touch when she was writing it a couple years ago, and she recently sent me a note. I'm all for more books on the subject!

Oh that's cool! It looked like a great book with photos I'd never seen the likes of before. Every few pages I was like, "Awwwwww tiny little newsboy!"
