More Emmy musings...

Okay, now I've seen the full Emmys noms list.
I guess I haven't been watching much TV for the past season. which is odd, because it feels like the TV's always on. I suppose much of what I've been watching have been syndicated reruns. After losing Buffy, The Tick, and Firefly the previous season, the only must-sees on my list this year have been Smallville and QEftSG. I'll also stop and watch Reno 911, Daily Show, Fraiser (fading loyalty--I think the show JTS'd seasons ago) and In a Fix (guilty pleasure, that last one) if I happen to catch 'em.
Even SV is (sadly) falling off the list. I missed a chunk of episodes between "Asylum" and "Memoria" (9 episodes, I just counted, nearly half a season's worth) and I am only slightly motivated to catch them on rerun. SV writers, curse you, you've killed much of my enthusiasm for seeing even Michael Rosenbaum. Again, even Michael Rosenbaum. Inconceivable.
Anyway, the upshot of all this is that I've arely seen anything that's been nominated.
QE gets 3 total noms. Yay!
And Starring Pancho Villa gets nine...Okay, now I have to see this.
