Icons: A Watcher's Guide to Middle-Earth, compiled.

I posted these in several instalments last year, but got a request to compile them all in one post, so here they are.

I started with just a few, and wound up doing more when people kept sending in requests. Unfortunately I never did get around to everybody's.
