It was the cat. The cat made me do it.
Jul. 16th, 2004 02:13 pmOkay, was I the only one silly enough to play the "make the magic potion" game on the Shrek 2 website? (But they show the cat! Chasing butterflies! It's a completely unfair ploy.)
Anyway, I can locate all the ingredients, but I can't end the game. It says you have to click on the Fairy Godmother but there's no Fairy Godmother in sight. Possibly has something to do with the fact that the game opens in a fixed-size window, clearly cutting off some stuff at the bottom, but no matter what I do I can't access it.
I want to end the game, dammit! What happens when you win? Curse you, elusive Fairy Godmother!

Should I cut down on the visual-gimmick icons? Because I get very nice comments on them but invariably few takers. Both batches of the b&w-and-color-combo icons went pretty fast, as well as some of the more conventional ones, so I guess I'm not crap at making icons in general.
The unusual ones are fun to make, but they're also a lot of hard work. The compliments are great to receive, but the practical side of me wonders...
