Must...not...write...

I managed to stave off my urge to write Batman Begins by making silly icons and x-posting them to
wayne_crane (here) and
batmanbegins (here). I refuse to write anything in this fandom until I learn something of the general mythos, even though I know there's scads of variations of the mythos and there's no way to get 'em all. But something at least...
Just checked out the movie novelization and it describes Alfred, very briefly, wrapping up Bruce's wounds after the whole house-on-fire thing. I'd sort of wondered about that, since you see Alfred finding it but not apparently doing much about it. It's also hinted at in the Visual Guide. Unfilmed scene, or just deleted? I'd love it see it on the DVD, since one of the things I appreciated about the movie was that it never forgot to show us the fact that Batman's no super-powered hero, and yet Bruce still seems to shrug off some of those injuries pretty darn fast.
