Dragon yay!

ldhensonOh wow! My green plush dragon was picked as a Featured Project over at Craftster!
I figured I had pretty much, I don't know, used up my FP karma in a sense when my plush kipper got picked back in November. So I'm doubly surprised and pleased to get a second one so soon.
Some people were asking about getting a pattern for him but the mods edited my reply because of the site rules against even any hint of selling (and I wasn't meaning to, but I can see how it came out that way). While I understand and have no protest against the edit, it also makes it look like I've ignored people's requests :-P So I'll have to go back and post something about it, as soon as I can figure out some wording that fits in the rules.
ETA: It's also almost exactly a year after his predecessor, the blue dragon, was posted to Craftster last December as my first project. So it's a lovely way to cap off the first year.

I try to draw one up if enough people want it. My Top Gear cushion (http://ldhenson.livejournal.com/178197.html) pattern I shared for free. I have patterns for the dragons and my Metallicar (http://ldhenson.livejournal.com/170784.html) in the works, and because those are more complex, those patterns would be for sale. Also because they're complex, I have to make sure they really do work before I give them out, which is why it's taking me so long because I have to re-test them. Some of my stuffies/cushions were largely improvised as I went along and even though I've had some pattern requests for those, I didn't keep close enough track during the original construction to be able to replicate them.
