There's something I find very satisfying about decoupage, though I don't get time to do it as often as I'd like. Still, as soon as I came across this wooden set of tangrams, I knew right away what would become of them.
Hot Fuzz on one side...
A swan, what else?
...and of course Shaun of the Dead on the other.
A Molotov cocktail, just for Ed.
You can't really see it in the pics, but both sides have a glossy finish, and the edges are a nice metallic red. And I'm finding these entirely too much fun.
