I'm...going to stop writing fic for a while. Maybe longer. There are some things happening in RL that's gutting my impulse to write. The rational part of my mind knows that there's no cause-and-effect, that I can't make my situation worse by doing something like writing...but...

Dammit. Just...dammit. I was really enjoying myself there for a while.

And hey, sometimes you can make things better by writing. Not necessarily fic, but just putting your emotions and thoughts on a page can help you analyze them with more detachment. Just a thought.
